As a R&D project engineer I am involved in all steps between (pilot)project design to the validation process. This includes the creation of validation plans and testing methods as well as planning, collection of data and related analyses. Conclusions and recommendations coming from such reports are implemented in order to lower the risk of quality issues. While new product development are my main focus, I also have an advicing role for excisting production processes for optimization purposes.

After the internship at Danone I continued my tasks as Validation Manager for the project. I have developed and designed the test-equipment and was leading the outsourcing process for the production. The relationships with the suppliers were key in the success of this position.
